Insurance and Payments

Prior to your visit, it is your responsibility to know your healthcare coverage.

*Note: It is your responsibility to determine if your insurance is active and your provider is in-network and your benefits summary as well as deductibles and out of pocket limits. If Dr. Gretchen is out of network, check to see if your insurance offers reimbursement for out of network provider cash payments.

We provide a 15% discount for those without insurance or who choose to pay out of pocket at the time of service. We will gladly provide you with a superbill for reimbursement. Please see the section at the bottom of this page for information about a more affordable option for those without or not using insurance.

Alternatively, Dr. Gretchen is also contracted with ChiroHealthUSA, a discount medical plan organization. This option is great for those not using insurance, those who have maxed out their chiropractic benefits, those who have high deductibles, or those who choose to pay out of pocket.
